I got to work at 7 this morning to prepare for a last minute meeting.  My goal was to get a certain group of clients to fill out a simple form (the classic name, date, check yes or no a few times form that takes about 30 seconds to complete).  I was expecting to get about 15 or 20 forms done before said meeting, but as of now, an hour and a half after getting started, only three people are...
